Listán prieto är en blå druva från Castilla-La Mancha, Spanien. Ett äldre namn är palomino negra, den är dock ingen färgmutation från palomino fino. Det är osäker hur nära släkt de är. Druvan har vartit populär i Syd- och Mellanamerika samt i Kalifornien, USA men är på nedåtgående.

Listan is an early ripening variety which is harvested in the early days of September. The must undergoes a number of pressings and the product at the end of each pressing is used in the production of different products. GRAPE VARIETY: Listán Prieto 100%. LISTÁN PRIETO: This variety is suitable both to make good young and aged wines. The potential alcohol content of these grapes is good, the acidity is well-balanced and the colour is intense. The wines smell of black fruit with some mineral tones, as well as volcanic powder notes, which make them unique.

Listan is found in abundance, particularly in the Lanzarote and Gran Canaria region of the Canary Island. As any other grape variety of the Canary Island they have never been touched by Phylloxera and hence many of the vines here are as old as 100 years but yet can produce wine as fresh as a Daisy.
